    Absolutely the biggest rip-off of all the health care plans. I had Fortis and they used every trick, ruse and outright lie to avoid paying out healthcare benefits due the medical providers. They also arbitrarily demanded an increase in my premiums because, unknown to me, an old medical report stated I had a hemerroid, which I was totally unaware of! Their actions cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket - I would have been better off with no insurance whatsoever, at least I could have applied all the premiums I paid to the medical bills Fortis didn’t pay. DO NOT BUY FORTIS!!!
